Alan for Model Number hswp1000m2ww My washer is not balanced and bangs loudly also starts moving on high speed spin. I checked the lower counter balance block,Its tight and no damage, then I checked 4 straps and there okay. I see water level looks low to me on the large load size. Maybe im washing too FEW items? The clothes all clump together and this is why machine is unbalanced. What makes clothes all clump together? Thanks
