Sharon for Model Number JE2160SF03 A sensor error warning comes across and tells me to shut door and push start ..this does nothing but tell me the same thing again ..I think it doesn't know the door is shut ..do I need to replace a sensor and if so which one and can I do this myself..Thank u

It reads as follows: If you are servicing a microwave with consumer concerns of “Sensor Error” in the display after using one of the sensor functions (for example, Beverage), replace the Smart Board.
