Janet for Model Number JE2160BF02 Microwave has power to control panel; however when you enter a cook time and hit start the turn table doesn't turn, the light doesn't light up and the timer count down. There appears to be no power to the turn table motor, light, and magnetron /high voltage transformer. Have not opened the unit to troubleshoot with a multimeter as of yet just looking for a starting point and potential problems?
Answer Hello Janet. You will need to test the door switches in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
