Earl D for Model Number GE JE2160BF01 My microwave would intermittently work and when microwave did not come on the time still counted down. Since the problem was intermittent, I thought that it might be one of the switches so I replaced the following which I ordered from you and still have the same problem. AP2024332 (WB24X824) 2-AP3186054 (WB24X10103) Now microwave counts down but the microwave portion does not come on at all. Any suggestions before I purchase a new microwave???? Thanks, Earl Daigle
Answer Hello Earl. If the switches are new and hooked up properly, it sounds like the hook WB05X10009 and the spring WB05X10010 in the door needs to be checked and see if they are broke.
