Phil for Model Number DWSR405EB0WW I have an electric GE dryer (DWSR405EB0WW) and it looks like one of the hot wires got loose and fried the terminal block. My dryer is direct wired to the electrical panel, not a plug. The terminal block that was in the dryer did not have a grounding strap, this new terminal block that you have has a grounding strap, what do I do with that? do I need to attach the strap to something.
Answer Phil, If you have a 4 wire connection then put the grounding strap to the center post along with the white wire. If it is a 3 wire connection then the grounding strap should attach just below the center terminal. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, December 29, 2014
