Stan for Model Number sca1000hcc03 I installed a new Advantium 120. The fan, light, timer all work but the microwave and speed cook are not working (the start/stop not responding). The door light/sign on the displaced panel is blinking. The unit was brought from the craigs list list and the door is sightly bent on the lower hinge and it is very tight closed. It may have been dropped. How do I fix the problem or what parts do I need to replace? Thanks
Answer Hello Stan, You will need to determine if the damage incurred is to the hinge, the body, or the door and determine from the parts illustration which parts you need to replace. Note the hinges are part of the cavity assembly and the cavity assembly is not considered a serviceable part, (not available as a replacement part), so if the damage cannot be corrected by servicing the door assembly, it will be non-repairable.
