Sam for Model Number ZSC1001KSS01 There was a power surge and the microwave lost all power as a result. The fuse is fine, I believe the magnetron tco is the reason it won’t turn on. But could the upper heater and open cavity tco also be the reason?
Answer Sam, The parts in question could all or any one of them be an issue. I would recommend they be tested with a meter to determine which of the parts are causing the issue.
