David for Model Number JVM 2970SH01 David, There are two TCO's ..... it seems like you need the hood TCO. Thanks and Good Luck. I replaced the TCO and did get power to the unit but now all that works is the fan which runs contiously (can't turn it off). Nothing else works, no lights, touch screen doesn't light up, no response from the buttons or touch screen or anything. It's just like it was before but the fans running all the time. Help ?
