George, First check and make sure there are no kinks, clogs or debris in the exhaust vent system and vent hood. This situation affects the air flow, causes the hi limit switch to open and the dryer timer will not advance. Check the exhaust temperature at the back of the dryer. The average exhaust temp should be approximately 135 dgrs.F. (+/- 10 %). If all checks are OK, you'll need to open the control panel and check or replace the PCB board WE04X10102
