Sue H for Model Number DRSR495EG7WW Our dryer just decided to not stop running automatically. You have to actually shut it off. If not paying attention to time it could dry for hours. It has three sensor/temp settings and one timed setting. I don't see where there are any sensors in this. Would this be a thermostat issue or a timer issue? My husband and I don't agree and really don't want to waste our money on the wrong parts.
Answer Sue, This would not be any type of sensor issue if the timer is not advancing or if it advances past off and continues to run. This would most likely be a timer issue. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, December 21, 2016
