John for Model Number DBXR463EG6WW My clothes dryer runs and heats but the timer won't advance. I replaced the timer but it still does the same thing.
Answer Hello John, If this only occurs in an automatic cycle but the timer advances in a timed cycle, the issue is in the ducting from the back of the dryer to the outside of the home.
