Ron for Model Number WDSR2080DBWW The timer on my washer was not advancing and according to the model of the washer, it calls for a WH12x10295 ( AP3873828 ) replacement. I was given a replacement part # WH12x10296 (not by Appliance parts pro) and was told this would be the new replacement. They are exactly identical in appearance and fit exactly. The problem is the replacement is not functioning like the one I took out. Could you explain what the differences are between the two timers? Thank you for your time. Ron
