Sandy for Model Number Wdsr2080dbww It appears that the drum of my washer is really loose. I can wiggle it all around. Is this normal? It recently stoped working and I believe it to be the timer because if I manually turn it to each spot it will run ( but never stop running ) I assumed because of the timer, so I am going to order one BUT I want to make sure something isnt wrong with the drum before I put $113 into a timer.
Answer Hello Sandy, Based on the information provided, you may want to check to see if the hub nut WH2X1193 may be loose.
