Arvin for Model Number ge jvm1631wb005 range-over microwave The microwave started making noises as the turntable rotated. At that time the heating was working but as the noises become worse. I shut it down and will remove it from the cabinet. The noise sounds like a clutch slipping so that I cannot tell now whether the turntable motor or something else is the culprit. If I order a part and do not try it can I return with a handling charge? Thanks in advance.
Answer Hi Arvin, raise up the tray and check the coupler WB06X10138 and roller guide ring WB06X10139. If they are okay, it's likely your turntable motor WB26X10038. We have a 365 day warranty and 365 day return policy on all our parts so there is no risk to you. All you have to do is pay the shipping and we'll take it back up to one year from the date of purchase. Hope this helps! Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, October 26, 2012
