Al for Model Number 721.80033700 I have a Kenmore Microwave Over the Range/Hood manufactured in November 2009. My turntable stopped turning, but the microwave works fine other than that. I believe it is the turntable motor. Which turntable motor do I get? How do I replace the turntable motor? Are there instructions somewhere? Thanks.
Answer Hello Al, your turntable motor 6549W1S013K is mounted underneath the microwave. Remove the wires and screws and install the new one. You might also check your turntable coupler [4370W1A011A] as it mounts on the motor shaft and helps to turn the tray. Thanks! Read More...
