Chris for Model Number PGB918SEM4SS Good afternoon, The flames on the 2 front burners are not level. This causes pans to have hot spots. The flames are noticeably higher on the sides of the burners closest to the edges of the stove. I have difficulty lighting the left front side. A small section will light. If I tap the top ring the wrest will light. It almost seems like to match gas. The stove is set up for propane and has the correct propane orifices . The stove has worked fine until this started happening recently. I have cleaned the orifices etc. Another issue that may be related is that when I use the oven I notice a "black soot" residue will get on oven window and a little residue on dish. Thank you, Chris
Answer Chris, the black soot would indicate an improper gas pressure being applied. You may want to check the regulator to ensure that there are no restrictions.
