John for Model Number GE WCRE6270D0WW Agitator coupler - easy right? Not mine! Remove the screw, pull up. What if it does not want to pull up? I have tried banging on the side - no budge. I tried using a 3 jaw puller - no budge. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Answer Hello John. Here is a little trick that works great. Run 2 ratchet straps under the agitator. Then lay a 2x4 across the top of the washer and wrap the straps around it.
