Pete for Model Number WSSR3120W1WW My washer spins wildly during the spin cycle after I discovered what appears to be crushed metal in the washer basket. I cleaned out the basket and the water drainage pump of all the metals. Will replacing the washer agitator and coupling kit fix this problem?
Answer Hi Pete. Have you removed the agitator to see if you need the coupling kit part # is WH49X10042? Where did the metal come from ? If the inner hub base is broken, it will unbalance the unit and have pieces from there as well. The part # is WH45X10027. Thank you. Read More...
