Cody for Model Number VBXR1060V1WW Washing machine tub wont spin when there is a load of clothes in it. Works fine without a load. Motor, clutch, belt and transmission (at least the bottom part, which I can see while still assembled) are all spinning but the tub will not spin with a load in.
