Alice for Model Number GE WBSR3140 Is there a washer or gasket that fits on the screw, between the coupler and the pin on the transmission? It seems that the coupler spins loosely when it is all the way down, but catches when it is just slightly raised. We don't see a gasket, but there is a lot of residue around the transmission pin, so perhaps there was one that wore away?
Answer Hello Alice, The coupler WH49X10042 needs to be replaced. It catches when it is raised a bit because there is a small part that still has the teeth completely intact.
