JoJo, You'll need to remove the bolt and lift the coupler off the agitator shaft, and check for damaged splines in the center opening of the underside of the coupler. If the splines are OK, you'll need to make sure you have the agitator snapped and "locked" down on the coupler. The coupler will move with the shaft, without a "load" but with the agitator installed and a load on it, if the coupler is "stripped" the agitator won't move.
