Geoff for Model Number ge wcre6270d0ww this machine is only 6-7 years old and has only been used 20 days out of the year ,its in a vacation home not rented and repair man says its the motor?????its not spinning but does drain ...who do I believe?!!!!!!! I find it hard to believe the motor went must be something simpler.
Answer Hello Geoff. I would check the pressure hose and make sure it is not clogged by blowing through it. And if it is good, see if the pressure switch is bad and causing the unit not to spin. If there is power to the motor, and the motor does not run, then you will need to replace the motor on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
