Gary for Model Number WSM2780DBWWW Washing machine does everything except agitate. It can spin, but will not agitate. What could this be?

If your unit fills with water, and spins, but does not agitate, the most common issues are a failed transmission WH38X10014 or the coupler that goes on top of the transmission, WH40X175.
