Kevin for Model Number GTWN4250D0WS We have had this washing machine for a couple years. We have been having issues with it starting for the couple months or so and now it will not start at all. You can set all the controls where you want them and all the lights light up as normal but nothing happens when you push the start button. Originally it started on a single push of the button but over the last few months we had to push the button several time to get it started and sometimes we had to wait a couple minutes and then pushing the start button would get it to go. Is this a control board issue? It looks like the start button is an integral part of the board.
Answer Hello Kevin. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the control assembly WH12X10614C is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, June 26, 2015
