In trying to fix it, the hose end came out and the connecting "sleeve" where it joins into the valve assembly broke. How do I replace the sleeve, and reconnect the hose? In an earlier "QUESTION" on the website it stated to simply "press in on the plastic fittings and the water lines will pull out". Where and how am I supposed to PRESS IN ?, and does the sleeve come out with the hose? Thanks.
