Bill C. for Model Number TPX24PPBE The water dispenser occasionally stays on. A few extra pushes on the dispenser pad get it to stop....so far. What would the remedy be to get it to work consistently? There is no drain for it.
Answer Hello Bill, This can be caused by sticky residue from ice splattering into drinks causing the switch WR23X366 to hang in the actuated position.
