John B. for Model Number TFS28PPDA GE Refrigerator After replacing the water filter, the water dispensor worked for a few minutes. Now little or no water flows to the dispensor or ice maker. I can hear the valves hum. Putting in the filter bypass did not help. Is there water line screen somewhere that can be cleaned out? My theory is the higher water flow from the new filter dislodged sediment that clogged the screen.
Answer Hello John. Unhook the water line from the bottom of the freezer door. Press the dispenser and see if the water comes out there.
