Thomas for Model Number pss27sgmcbs My water dispenser no longer dispenses water. The Ice Maker works fine and produces ice, but the water dispenser is the problem. I'm searching all avenues to resolve this problem.
Answer Hello Thomas, You will want to remove the kickplate from unit and disconnect the water line at the bottom of freezer door. Push dispenser to see if water comes out. If water comes out then the water line in the door is bad and would need to have a dispenser tube heater WR49X10173 put into unit. This kit will have instructions for installation. Read More...
