Tim for Model Number tps24bpdaps The ice maker and freezer was working fine. Since replacing the water line going into the ice maker the valve will not activate to send in the water. Prior to replacing the water line (because it was leaking on the floor) the ice make and freezer was working fine. Does the valve need to be calibrated or reset? If so what is the process? Any ideas?? Thanks, Tim
Answer Hello Tim. Check and make sure the water lines are seated good and the wires are connected good. Also look for a frozen fill tube. The valve does not need to be calibrated or reset. If it still does not work, you may need to replace the water valve. Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, May 9, 2011
