John L for Model Number TFX26ZPDAWW I bought and installed an inlet valve from appliance pros to try and fix a water dispenser that is not working and it still is not working. The dispenser stopped working as I was filling a glass of water. What else could be causing this to happen the other water valve or the control board? Is there something else that I should check or measure with the multimeter? I replaced WR57X10026 a few years ago and we are still having problems getting water. Answer John, You will want to check to make sure that you have a good water filter in the unit and if the filter is good then it could be the filter head that is causing the issue with dispensing water. You can pull the water filter and disconnect the water line that goes to the door and hit the dispenser to see if it is coming through there. If not then check the valve that goes to the filter by pulling the tube to make sure that water is going to the filter and then the tube coming back from the filter to make sure that water is coming back from the filter.
