This refrigerator water inlet valve controls the incoming household water supply to the dispenser and icemaker. When energized, it opens to allow water flow, helping restore reliable dispensing and proper ice production.

Answer

Darin, the fresh food section would need to be inspected to identify if the water originated from the ice maker section. If it has, the left fan WR60X10255 in the freezer section would need to be inspected for operation when the door switch is taped shut. The fan motor should be receiving 12VDC from the red wire to the black wire. If it is getting voltage but is not spinning, the fan motor would need to be replaced.
