John E for Model Number WM2233HW I am reassembling the tub and having trouble getting the inner tub to settle all the way down. New bearings and seal plus a new spider . The bearings and seal are seated correctly, but inner tub does not want to drop the last half inch. Thanks for your help!
Answer John, If you set the inner tub on end and kind of wiggle the outer tub to get it to drop down onto the shaft. Also make sure that you put just a thin layer of grease around the shaft to help it slide into place. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, August 7, 2017
