Michael for Model Number WM2240CW The bearings in my LG washer went bad. I followed the video and took the machine apart. after separating the inner tub from the bearings i noticed that the inner bearing had fell completely apart. The inner bearing looks like it is part of the tub. could this be just the dirt, water and rust that is making it appear that way and making it hard to get off? Also on the inner tube the shaft has a metal piece that you video did not show.
Answer Michael, With the bearing having fallen apart it would have most likely been caused by dirt and water getting into it. The inner tub bearing for this unit will be part number MAP61913708.
