Susan T for Model Number LSC27931ST My ice dispenser only gives mostly crushed ice no matter the setting. I ordered the solenoid switch from you and I still have same problem. I think I need to replace with the bucket assembly but at 139.00, I wanted to see if you had an opinion. The metal bar that I am guessing lifts the switch, really does not move on my bucket. I don't know if it goes straight up and down or rotate when you activate the crushed or cube, mine with my hand really won't do anything. Any advice (not guarantee) before I order this part? Thanks so much!
Answer Susan, The arm on the ice bucket should lift up and if it is not then check to make sure that there is no ice that is built up on the bottom which would cause it to not move.
