Joel for Model Number 72180019401 The original diode in my Kenmore microwave (72180019401) had a single diode connected to the cap and to ground. The replacement diode I ordered has two diodes one with a ring terminal (I assume goes to ground like the old one) and one with a spade terminal. What should I do with the second diode? Thank you.
Answer Hello Joel, This capacitor is designed to replace the capacitor in several models. Some of these models use a different connection for the diode, therefore, the one that is not of the same configuration is for a different model and can be thrown away as an extra part. Read More...
