Donaldi for Model Number LFX31945ST/05 The plastic film is peeling and discolored at the top, bottom, and sides of the control panel. The plastic is much thicker than the thin film we removed from many parts of the fridge when it was installed about a year ago. We have tried to remove the plastic, but it is very brittle and almost "glued on" to the areas where it is not peeling. We honestly cannot determine whether this plastic should or should not be on the control panel...? Does anyone know if it should or should not have been removed? If it should be removed, how does one remove it? Thanks in advance for your consideration of this frustration situation....
