Susan for Model Number LG-WM2277HW # 3550ER1021-2 We have had the problem with the detergent & softener dispenser cups still having water in them when wash cycle is done. So, my husband and I have taken the cover off and we cleaned out the Dispenser Upper cover each time that fills with mold, with bleach and wire to remove mold. We would like to know if this is the problem or should we replace a water valve? Can you just replace the top dispenser cover since that is all that is the problem? Or is it best to get the whole new dispenser ? What are the part numbers of what we need to replace? Thank you, Susan
Answer Hello Susan. They may have been dirty. You will want to check and make sure the unit is level. This is usually the cause of standing water in the dispenser. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, June 18, 2015
