Answer Jim, If the lock mechanism is faulty then the unit will not unlock. You can try to unlock the door by unplugging the unit and leave for 5 minutes. This should allow the control board to reset and trigger the door unlock. Once it is unlocked you will need to check the door lock assembly. Read More...
