Kc for Model Number LDS4821ST My door was leaking from the bottom on both sides and middle, I replaced the door gasket, but it still leaks. I checked the spray arms for cracks but didn't find any. When I open the door during the wash cycle, the door is wet on the edge behind the gasket as if water is getting past the gasket. An LG repair man told me he had no idea, told me good luck and left. Any suggestions?
Answer Hello KC. There are a few things to check here. First look for a cracked lower spray arm or clogged holes in the lower arm. If all of this is good, then check to see if the unit is over filling with water. If not, then the door liner assembly 4937DD1001D will need to be replaced on the unit. Read More...
