The Guide Rail is an OEM replacement part for LG refrigerator shelves. Running horizontally inside the refrigerator cavity, these durable rails smoothly guide shelf movement during height adjustment. This rail is for the left side.

Causes of faulty guide rails can include dents or damage occurring from heavy loads, as well as plastic degradation from prolonged use. 

Symptoms include:

• Shelves difficult to pull out fully or reinsert  
• Scratching or binding noises heard during adjustments
• Shelves unable to securely lock into place

Note: Per factory, Roller 4580JA3034A and screw 1SBZJA3004K no longer come with guide rail.

This OEM LG replacement is also compatible with select Kenmore refrigerators.
