Greg for Model Number Dle7177rm Not knowing about thermostat . Ordered heater assembly from your place. Is this the most common reason for heating. If so how do I remove top panel, also is back panel removable for access, cleaning, or is it not practicable. If so how is it removed. Thanks. Greg
