Clark for Model Number LG DLE2516W The dryer runs, not for alotted time and the air is warm, been runnig a load all day and not drying, put it on manual for 60 minutes and went for about 10 and stopped.
Answer Hello Clark, You will want to check your thermostats and heater for continuity. Also check the venting from blower motor all the way to the outside of unit. A clogged vent will cause moisture to stay trapped in unit causing long dry times. The hi limit thermostat could be cycling too quickly which would cause the dryer to not heat properly. You could check to see if you are getting 120 vac to each side of the heater if you are not then you will need to test the circuit to the supply. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
