Steve for Model Number LG LMH2016ST My tray on my microwave will not stay closed. I took it apart took out the part that's broken. It's gray and has a spring in it, but the part of it that holds onto piece that slides in broke. I used the diagram on your site and ordered what I thought I needed, but it's not the right part. I ordered a "locker holder" (AP5249576) but I need the part that fits INTO the locker holder. Can you tell me what part to order? I've seen other people asked the same question, and were told you would need a serial number. Ours is 403TANS63903 Any help would be greatly appreciated. If we can get this one piece, slide it back into the locker holder that's already there, the hood should stay shut.
