Answer Les, if the water valve AJU34125555 is new and the filter is good, the next step would be to verify that the incoming water pressure is within 40 to 90 PSI. The optimal pressure is between 60 to 80 PSI. If the water pressure is less than 40 or greater than 90, it can cause the water valve to not be able to open and close properly.
