Lesley I have a Kitchen Aid refrigerator and every time the ice maker is ready to dump the ice it gets halfway out and stops. After I chop it out with ice pick it continues through the harvest cycle. It does it every time. Any idea what is wrong?
Answer Hello Lesley, You will need to replace the icemaker since there is a problem in the control unit of the icemaker assembly.
