John for Model Number Kenmore 721.85063010 Luke: I have a Kenmore Microwave model XXX.85063010, serial no. 210TA00991, mfg Oct. 2012, installed over range. The unit has power, all displays work. Can enter cooking time. Press start and the display begins countdown. But there is no sound, no heat and the turntable does not turn. Can you advise on likely problem and whether you would have repair parts?
Answer Hello John, unfortunately, the manufacturer has not provided any technical/service information on this model, however, the symptom you describe is usually a door/interlock switch problem.
