Curtis for Model Number LG LDS5811WW/01 Water filling lower level. Bottom spray arm moving. Middle spray arm is not. Detergent just running down inside of door, not being rinsed out of compartment. Repair man said some motor had to be replaced and said we should get a new dishwasher. Bought the unit new in 2007.

If it is filling with sufficient water level, the issue will be a clogged filter or a clogged or separating spray arm or a part has failed that is losing water pressure such as a water guide flapper for the adjustable upper rack center spray arm option on the water guide MEA36937101.
