Rafy for Model Number WT5001CW Have replaced the pulsator plate twice but for some reason the plates inner groves keeps getting striped. The bolt does not get loose at all. Any suggestion? Thanks
Answer Rafy, You may want to check the water level pressure switch and air tube, for proper fill level with an empty tub. Check the fill valve and hose screens for sediment and debris, then check for the proper water temperatures. If the bolt is tight and there's no debris, coins, buttons, etc. and the hub nut and washer are tight, then suspect the washer is being overloaded, and review the owner's user manual.
