Jeff for Model Number WT5001CW My pulsator plate comes off. Figured I needed a new one and ordered it due to the teeth seeming to be a bit worn. What I need to know is.....is the shaft on the clutch assembly threaded on the inside to receive the screw from the pulsator? Mine is smooth and rather shallow and no where near able to attach to the pulsator screw.
Answer Jeff, If the threading of the shaft is gone then the clutch assembly would need to be replaced. If the screw is just not staying and keeps backing out then just add some blue Loctite to the threads to get it to stay. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, March 2, 2022
