Gene for Model Number WT5001CW Thank you for the video. We ordered a replacement and installed it but when I turn the new plate, about 1/2 a turn it makes this hum/moan vibration sound. I put the old one back on and get the same result. This make me think that I'm not installing it correctly or it's not seated correctly or something. I tightened the bolt all the way down...still getting the noise. What can I try?
